Individuals who participate by providing their email address (“Eligible Users”) are eligible to receive one or more free distributions of $KARATE digital assets (“$KARATE Tokens”), in the sole and absolute discretion of Sensei (BVI) Limited, a British Virgin Islands company (“Sensei”) in accordance with these Rules. Any such distribution is referred to as a “$KARATE Drop”.

Eligible Users who participate in the QR Code Bonus Promotion are eligible to receive one additional allocation of $KARATE Tokens, in the sole and absolute discretion of Sensei, in accordance with these rules. There is a cap on the number of QR Code Bonus Promotion participants. Act fast; supplies are limited.

Sensei in its sole and absolute discretion will determine, without limitation, whether to conduct one or more QR Code Bonus Promotion programs, the eligibility criteria for any $KARATE Drop or QR Code Bonus Promotion (including the number of tokens to be distributed to Eligible Users who satisfy applicable criteria), and whether and when to collect additional information from Eligible Users to facilitate compliance with these Rules, any law or regulation. Different Eligible Users may receive different numbers of $KARATE Tokens depending on criteria determined by Sensei, and Sensei will have no obligation to notify users of eligibility criteria prior to the execution of a $KARATE Drop or QR Code Bonus Promotion. You agree to provide Sensei or its designee with such information promptly upon request and acknowledge that Sensei may refuse to deliver any $KARATE Drop or QR Code Bonus Promotion unless you promptly provide such information. Sensei reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any user that Sensei deems ineligible for a $KARATE Drop or QR Code Bonus Promotion.

$KARATE Drop and QR Code Bonus Promotions are not transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted.

Sensei reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine, amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to, scheduling, cancelling, extending, terminating, or suspending $KARATE Drops or QR Code Bonus Promotions, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done. All participants shall be bound by any such amendment.

$KARATE Drop and QR Code Bonus Promotions are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British Virgin Island courts.
